What We Deliver
In-House, Multi-Strategy Investment Management
We develop and manage portfolio strategies directly, not outsourced to third-party models or turnkey platforms. Our Alpha Trend strategy applies tactical, trend-following discipline to pursue growth while managing downside exposure. Our Beta Market strategy provides systematic, index-based core positioning. Both are coordinated within each client's goals, risk tolerance, and tax situation.
Trend-following adapts to changing market conditions, but it is not immune to loss. Tactical strategies can lag during sharp reversals or choppy, directionless markets, and no strategy eliminates the risk of loss.
Client-Driven Financial Planning
Clients determine the scope of the planning relationship. As their lives evolve, their standards and services adapt accordingly, organized around a defined planning framework rather than a product checklist.
Concierge Service with Depth
We intentionally limit our client list to deliver a personal, anticipatory advisory experience. As a virtual-first firm, we work with clients wherever they are. Interactions, virtual or in person, are attentive and focused on understanding client priorities, not just portfolios.
How We Work
As a fiduciary, HFI is legally obligated to act in the best interest of its clients at all times. The firm is fee-only. We do not sell financial products, earn commissions, or accept compensation from third parties. HFI's only source of revenue is the fees paid by our clients.
Client assets are held at Charles Schwab, a qualified custodian. Additional qualified custodian relationships are available and can be evaluated at a prospective client's request.
